About Our Classes
Monday – Friday:
6:00am Class – Early morning, cooler weather, and fantastic coaching. Get your workout out of the way early and enjoy the rest of your day!
9:15am Open Gym – Come in and do whatever you want, if that’s the programmed workout, something of your own, or show up and decide then!*
4:30pm Class – If you get off work at 3 or 4, or you go to work at 6, 4:30 is perfect! Led by Owner/Coach Colin Fabry, 4:30 is always a good time!
5:30pm Class – Our last class of the day, so the sunset is always beautiful, the class is always enjoyable, and the fitness always beneficial!
Thursday:
6:00am Class – if you’re a morning person and you’re ready to hit it hard on Thursday, Coach Mindy has got your back! (Friday too!)
9:15am Open Gym – Come in and do whatever you want, if that’s the programmed workout, something of your own, or show up and decide then!*

5:30pm Class – Our one evening class on Thursday always offers a good time and great fitness!
Saturday:
8:30am – Probably our biggest class of the week, therefore always the most enjoyable for sure. We’ve got partners, fun movements, and some sun to make it even more fun. Come on by!
9:30am Open Gym – Get your weekend going with some extra stuff or fantastic socializing!
